Maintenance Worker I

Qualifications:          1. Not less than five (5) years employment in the construction or maintenance field including at least one (1) year employment in the special trade skill, preferably in the field of school or industrial building maintenance.

                                2. Experience with telephone systems and repairs.

                                3. In lieu if these requirements, an equivalent combination experience and apprentice, vocational school, or on the job training may be accepted.

                                4. Graduation from a related vocational course of study or equivalent  experience.

                                5. Possession of a Connecticut motor vehicle operator’s license.

                                6. Must possess the ability to work well in a fast paced team environment.

                                7. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
