Job Description

TeamKCI is an industry leader in maintenance support for network and storage technology. We have over 43 years of experience serving Fortune 1000 companies, educational institutions and government agencies from our headquarters in Hawthorne, NJ.

We are looking for tele sales professionals to contact potential customers who have responded positively to one of our digital marketing campaigns. Duties will include: 1) making the initial contact 2) briefly discussing scope of our services and 3) schedule a follow-up appointment. That’s it! Closing is not required; a professional demeanor and a clear telephone voice is.

We offer a guaranteed base salary plus commissions that are paid after a teleconference is completed between a potential customer and a member of our marketing team. 

Bonuses are paid monthly based on performance.  Vacation days are accumulated after 3 months.   Candidates will have the opportunity for promotion after one year.  

You need 1) a clear speaking voice, 2) the ability to sound convincing even without a script, 3) the dedication to make 100+ calls a day and 4) good record keeping skills.
