School Leadership and Instruction Trainer

Work alongside schools and districts to deliver meaningful professional development focused on improving instruction and strengthening schoolwide practices. You’ll guide educators through strategies that support student engagement, classroom management, and effective teaching. Projects vary widely and may include virtual workshops, in-person sessions, or multi-day trainings. We welcome candidates with experience in administration, teaching, coaching, or educational consulting who feel comfortable leading adult learning. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible hours that depend on project availability. Orientation, materials, and ongoing support are provided.
