Educational Training Coach

Join our team of coaches who help schools strengthen teaching and learning through interactive professional development. You’ll lead sessions that introduce practical, research-informed strategies teachers can start using right away. Each district partnership is customized, so your work may include virtual workshops, on-site training days, or multi-session support depending on the project. We’re looking for applicants with backgrounds in teaching, leadership, coaching, consulting, or higher education who enjoy working with adult learners. This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible, project-based assignments. All materials and orientation are included, and travel is arranged when sessions happen in person.
