Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our U.S. law firm’s marketing team. As part of our specialized marketing unit, this role will focus on producing high-quality visuals that strengthen the firm’s brand identity across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, advanced technical skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities
- Craft compelling marketing and advertising visuals, including banners, email templates, and social media assets.
- Develop high-quality visual content that aligns with the firm’s brand guidelines and aesthetics.
- Design visually engaging graphics for advertising campaigns, websites, and digital applications.
- Stay current with design trends and propose innovative creative solutions to enhance brand impact.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Proficiency in web and digital design tools such as HTML, CSS, and Figma is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and execution across multiple media formats.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- Experience working in professional services, legal, or B2B industries.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and collaboration with developers on digital projects.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for presenting and justifying design choices to stakeholders.
