Marketing and Sales Analyst Intern

Connex AI is a fast-growing AI-driven technology company focused on building intelligent SaaS solutions for healthcare, staffing, workforce optimization, and business intelligence. Our flagship platforms leverage artificial intelligence to solve real-world workforce and operational challenges across industries. 

We are seeking highly motivated Marketing & Sales Analyst Professional Interns who are passionate about startups, AI, B2B sales, branding, and go-to-market strategy. 

Marketing Responsibilities 

  1. Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for Connex AI products and services 
  2. Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.) 
  3. Create content for blogs, newsletters, pitch decks, and marketing campaigns 
  4. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer persona development 
  5. Support branding, website optimization, SEO, and email marketing campaigns 
  6. Track campaign performance and generate marketing analytics reports 

Sales Responsibilities 

  1. Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through research and outbound outreach 
  2. Assist in lead generation via LinkedIn, cold email, CRM tools, and partnerships 
  3. Support sales pipeline management and CRM tracking 
  4. Participate in client calls, demo preparation, and proposal creation 
  5. Develop outreach scripts and follow-up strategies 
  6. Assist leadership in go-to-market and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives 

Required Qualifications 

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sales, Management, or a related field 
  2. Strong communication and presentation skills 
  3. Interest in AI, SaaS, healthcare, or technology-driven businesses 
  4. Basic understanding of digital marketing and B2B sales concepts 
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social platforms 
  6. Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset 

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) 

  1. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM tools 
  2. Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, analytics, or marketing automation 
  3. Graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe) 
  4. Prior startup, sales, or marketing internship experience
