Substitute Teacher - Spanish Speaking, Flexible Experience for Aspiring Educators

Compensation: Varies by request and location. High-need assignments can pay up to 50% more.

We’re especially looking for substitute teachers who are:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Open to working in bilingual and dual-language classrooms
  • Excited to support diverse learners across elementary, middle, and high school grades

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree (any major) and a teaching credential or substitute teaching permit OR
  • 90+ college credits AND the CL-505d Emergency Permit for Prospective Teachers
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and TB test
  • Patience, empathy, and a heart for supporting students who need extra care
  • Fluency in English & Spanish
