Director of Rehabilitation

Addington Place at College Harbor is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and patient-centered Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our dedicated therapy team. This full-time leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality rehabilitation services and fostering a positive environment for both patients and staff. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including scheduling, staffing, and clinical coordination.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to therapy staff across PT, OT, and SLP disciplines.

Ensure delivery of effective, evidence-based therapy services that align with regulatory requirements and facility standards.

Conduct or support evaluations and create treatment plans as needed within your scope of practice.

Collaborate closely with facility leadership, nursing teams, and other departments to optimize patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, manage caseload productivity, and monitor financial performance of the department.

Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Active state licensure in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting preferred—but motivated New Graduates will be considered.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of regulatory standards, billing practices, and therapy documentation systems.
