You'll start by supporting Special Education classrooms as a paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, or behavior support staff. If you’re interested in lead teaching roles, we offer SwingCert, a free step-by-step program to help you get your Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit.
