2026 Postbaccalaureate Researcher in Developmental Biology, Cell Biology, and Regenerative Medicine
The WashU departments of Developmental Biology and Regenerative Medicine and Cell Biology are organizing fully-funded (including salary and benefits) 2-year and 1-year immersive laboratory experiences designed to provide recent college graduates with additional research experience to make them competitive for advanced careers in biomedical science. The 2-year and 1-year postbaccalaureate programs are focused on providing research experience in modern developmental biology and diverse regenerative medicine labs. Postbaccalaureate researchers will also participate in career development workshops and seminars.
We are looking for recent college graduates who are:
- Interested in pursuing PhD or professional/PhD programs (MD/PhD, DO/PhD, DDS/PhD, etc.)
- Needing sufficient research experience to be competitive for such programs.
- Unsure if a PhD program is right for them and want more time in a research-intensive program to experience what life is like as a graduate student.
