Software Development Engineer
You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.
What you will do:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes

What you will need to have:
- 4+ years of experience in software development
- 2+ years of experience in VB.NET, C#, or similar programming languages
- 2+ years of experience in SQL databases
- 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Prior experience with public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
