K-Pop Dance & Music Instructor
Hi there! We’re looking for a fun, engaging dance instructor to teach K-pop-inspired choreography to elementary students for our after-school program in Napa, CA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids, loves K-pop or modern pop choreography, and can guide beginners through simple routines in a supportive, upbeat environment.
Students will learn rhythm, coordination, musicality, and teamwork while gaining confidence through movement and performance-style activities.
What You’ll Do
- Teach beginner-friendly K-Pop–inspired routines and movement exercises.
- Break choreography into clear, manageable steps for different experience levels.
- Lead warm-ups, rhythm drills, and small-group activities to keep students engaged.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel safe to try new things.
- Communicate with school staff for classroom setup and end-of-class procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience teaching dance or leading movement-based classes for kids (preferred).
- Ability to create simple, age-appropriate choreography.
- Strong classroom management and clear communication skills.
- Reliable availability on Wednesdays.
- Must pass a background check and complete onboarding before starting.
