Outside Sales Representative – Southeast Territory (Entry-Level Career Growth)

Location: Greater Atlanta, GA (Preferred)
Territory: Georgia + Surrounding Southeast States
Reports to: President

Position Overview

Quality Media and Laminating Solutions (QMLS) is seeking a motivated, entry-level salesperson who wants to build a long-term future in business-to-business field sales. If you are driven by goals, energized by meeting people, and excited by the idea of growing a territory — this role is a strong fit.

We don’t expect you to know our industry yet — we will train you. You'll learn our product line, the wide-format print market, how our customers operate, and how to close business with confidence.

This role is built for someone who wants to grow, develop, and build earning power over time — not just hold a job, but establish a career.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Customer Growth

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business throughout Georgia and neighboring states.
  • Visit customers on-site to understand needs, present solutions, and grow accounts.
  • Perform outbound activity consistently — calls, appointments, follow-ups.
  • Represent QMLS at trade shows, trainings, customer demonstrations, and industry events.
  • Work closely with management to execute territory strategies and sales plans.

Sales Execution & Reporting

  • Meet activity expectations and work toward revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, quotes, and customer communication.
  • Submit expense reports and weekly activity updates in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and operations team to support customer needs.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role with regular travel expected.

Required Qualifications:

  • Some sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred — will consider equivalent work experience.
