Please note: This is a shipboard position and requires living and working onboard a luxury cruise ship for a minimum of 6 months.

🎤We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, dynamic, charismatic personalities; professional, engaging, and confident communicators; self-driven and goal-oriented — motivated to earn, grow, and lead; strong presenters with clear, enthusiastic speaking ability; comfortable speaking in front of crowds and leading guest experiences; customer-focused and dedicated to creating memorable interactions; adaptable, quick thinkers who can improvise and take initiative; experienced in sales (preferred but not required — we train!); interested in base pay + uncapped earning potential; and ready to grow through personalized coaching and world-class training .
