Job Title:  .NET Developer / Technical Lead

Location:  Irvine, CA (Hybrid), Plano TX.

Duration: Contract on W2

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical applications.
  • The ideal candidate will be adept at solving complex technical challenges, implementing scalable solutions, and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, WebAPI).
  • Create technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and low-level design specs.
  • Develop and optimize SQL Server stored procedures and database components.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and global teams to align requirements and solutions.
  • Review code, enforce coding standards, and guide junior developers.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, WebAPI).
  • Proficiency in SQL Server or Oracle, including complex stored procedures.
  • Strong understanding of OOAD, multi-layer architecture, and design patterns.
  • Experience with Angular and Bootstrap preferred.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional global teams.
