About the Role
You’ll support children birth through age 18 in Early Intervention, clinic-based therapy, or a blend of both. You’ll collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team and may supervise a COTA and fieldwork students.

What You’ll Do

  • Carry a pediatric caseload (birth–18)
  • Complete initial and ongoing evaluations across fine motor, sensory processing, ADLs, and more
  • Develop and update treatment plans and documentation
  • Partner with therapists across multiple disciplines
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and interns
  • Early Intervention training provided for those who wish to expand their skills

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in OT and NBCOT certification
  • Illinois OT license (or license-eligible)
  • Early Intervention credential preferred
  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred
  • Valid Illinois driver’s license & insurance
