IT Service Management Intern - Summer 2026 - Onsite in Dallas, TX

This corporate IT internship offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, data, and business strategy within a large healthcare enterprise. Internship Description:

  • Contribute to improving data accuracy, governance, and decision making across Tenet’s IT organization.
  • Support reporting and analysis that drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
  • Lead a main project from start to finish, delivering and presenting results to Tenet’s executives.
  • Participate in strategic meetings and provide insights to leaders and teams.
  • Gain hands-on experience with enterprise IT tools while applying classroom knowledge to real world challenges.
  • Develop professional skills through mentorship, collaboration, and direct exposure to Tenet’s executives and senior leaders.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior professional work experience following completion of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
