Position Overview:

The Palms of Sebring is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with our healthcare team to create personalized care plans and improve resident outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.

Develop and implement personalized therapy plans.

Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Educate residents, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies.

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license.

Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or within 30 days of hire).
