About the Project

OWI Education Services and PeaceHealth are launching a 6-month Pathways to Nourishment pilot to strengthen food sovereignty and nutrition for women-led households in Clark County. This project centers culturally grounded education in gardening, cooking, and food preservation—and builds meaningful pathways toward long-term community wellness.

We are hiring four interns (Feb–Aug 2026) with a monthly stipend and structured leadership support. Applicants must be 18 or older. The positions are as follows: Food Access & Education Intern (Group Lead),  Project Support & Planning, Outreach & Connections Intern, and Data & Impact Intern. 

 

 

About the Data & Impact Intern Role

Time Commitment: 5-10 hours/month (Feb/March–Aug 2026)
Stipend: $100/month ($600 Internship total)
Milestones: Support the pilot from February to August; present at the Pathways to Flourishing Conference (September 2026).

As the Data & Impact Intern, you will support the group by gathering community feedback and helping the team understand what’s working. It’s a good match for someone curious about surveys, evaluation, or documenting impact.

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Create surveys or feedback tools to understand participant experiences. 
  • Track key metrics of participant success over the course of the project.
  • Review feedback and basic data to help improve group activities.
  • Work with the Group Lead to develop monthly, mid-point, and final updates that use data to summarize what the group is learning.
