HR Specialist (Bilingual: English/Mandarin) - Temp for 3 months

Responsibilities:

· Search for candidates on portals, search engines, using active and passive techniques like cold calling and social media tools to identify candidates

· Communicate at all levels to inform the staffing and HR teams, and management about a candidate search status

· May assist other HR work including performance management, personnel policies, and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred

· 1+ years of technical recruiting experience in AI/autonomous driving/semiconductor industry

· Experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment

· Bilingual: English/Mandarin
