Speech-Language Pathologist

Speech-Language Pathologist (School-Based)

Pay: $85–$95/hr (Contract, W2 or 1099)
Location: Elk Grove / Greater Sacramento Area, CA
Schedule: Full-time, school year calendar (on-site)

ISO Workforce Alliance is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students across the Elk Grove and greater Sacramento area.
Our team specializes in connecting compassionate, skilled education professionals with school districts that need strong, dependable support.

As part of ISO’s Behavior & Special Education Division, you’ll join a team that values collaboration, clear communication, and lasting partnerships between educators and schools.

Position Overview

In this role, you will:

Provide speech and language therapy to students with communication challenges.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Conduct assessments, write reports, and monitor student progress.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student success.

Participate in IEP meetings and student study teams.

Education and Experience Required

Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Audiology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Two years of experience working with children with language, speech, and hearing disabilities.

Licenses and Other Requirements

Valid California Clinical Rehabilitation Services Credential in Language, Speech, and Hearing,
or
Specialist, Communicative Handicapped Credential.
