Property Management Intern

Arrow Real Estate is seeking a paid Property Management & Leasing Intern—one for North County Properties and one for South County Properties.

The job of the Real Estate Intern will be to assist in the daily tasks and annual projects related to management and leasing, including, but not limited to:

  • Rental Evaluations
  • Listing Advertising & Showings
  • Leasing and Contractual Agreements
  • Maintenance Coordination with Preferred Vendors
  • Tenant Screening
  • Annual Capital Improvement Budgeting & Scheduling

Time Commitment: This is a part-time position with a flexible work schedule. Minimum of 20 hours per week during office hours. Compensation is $17.25 an hour. 

Requirements:

  • A California Real Estate License is preferred but not required.
  • Passion to learn about real estate and preference to students with majors relating to real estate, business or finance.
  • Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to a team.
  • Demonstrate strong oral/written communication skills and a professional appearance
  • Competence in operation of telephone, personal computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
