Job Title: Courtroom Attorney (Litigation)
Compensation: $70,000
Work Environment: Mostly Remote with Required Travel to Various Courthouses
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Courtroom Attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in advocacy settings, enjoys public speaking, and excels at representing clients in active courtroom environments. While much of the work can be performed remotely, you must be willing and able to travel to different courthouses as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and related legal proceedings
- Develop case strategies and deliver clear, persuasive arguments
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Manage caseload independently while meeting deadlines
- Maintain professionalism and composure during high-pressure situations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in good standing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think quickly, adapt, and respond effectively in real time
- Calm and clear-headed under pressure
- Willingness and ability to travel to various courthouses
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Fluency in an additional language
- Previous litigation or trial experience
