Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative Content Creator who wants real field experience, hands-on media work, and the chance to build an impressive early-career portfolio.

Position Overview

The Content Creator produces short-form videos, photos, and digital content that educate homeowners about roofing topics in a clear and trustworthy way. This role blends creative production with real job-site fieldwork — perfect for someone 1–3 years out of college who wants meaningful portfolio material and professional growth.

HubSpot proficiency is required for this role. You must be able to create posts, organize content, manage campaign assets, and work within the HubSpot CRM/marketing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Capture, film, and edit digital content for social media and brand storytelling
• Travel to job sites to document roofing projects and interview crews/PMs
• Publish weekly content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Attend and film company events, recruiting outings, and community activities
• Produce educational content on pricing, materials, hail damage, and insurance processes
• Manage content assets, posts, and reporting inside HubSpot
• Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with seasonal priorities

Field Work & Safety

• Regular outdoor and on-site filming (training provided)
• Occasional rooftop filming with supervision
• Must be comfortable interacting with crews, PMs, and customers

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience OR recent college graduate with strong portfolio
Proficiency with HubSpot is required (content tools, CRM, posting, asset organization)
• Strong video editing ability (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, etc.)
• Comfortable speaking on camera and interviewing others
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 30 lbs of equipment
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn field-based storytelling

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts
• Drone experience or interest in obtaining certification
• Basic graphic design or photography experience
