Cross Country Education is hiring dedicated Speech Language Pathologists to bring their expertise to a supportive educational environment in the Tempe, AZ area. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available to redefine student success for the '25-'26 school year!

Position Overview:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations of referred K-5 students, accurately interpreting results and writing appropriate reports and recommendations for parents and school staff.
• Lead the full cycle of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) management for a designated caseload, including developing, implementing, and monitoring goals to ensure student progress and compliance with special education regulations and Medicaid documentation standards.
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-5 students while actively participating on the Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team (MET) and advising school staff and families on effective strategies for supporting student goals.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology 
• Valid Arizona Department of Education Speech Language Pathologist Certification (Required)
• Arizona Department of Health Services State Speech Language Pathology License (Required)
