What you’ll do as a Director of Business Development: 

  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to grow our home care client base
  • Build relationships with hospitals, rehabs, senior living communities, and care professionals
  • Conduct sales visits, presentations, and networking activities
  • Meet with families exploring home care services and guide them through their options
  • Become an expert in consultative, relationship-centered sales
  • Manage and develop outreach strategies that convert into sales
  • Work alongside supportive leaders to improve sales and customer service skills through weekly coaching sessions
  • Bring energy, professionalism, confidence, and connection to every interaction
