Location: NYC (primarily Manhattan)

Compensation: $18–$30 per delivery (bonuses included)

About the Role

We’re looking for part-time Catering Operations Interns to join our fast-growing team at Foodie For All! This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with NYC’s top restaurants—Shake Shack, Westville, Chick-Fil-A, Balthazar, and more, all while delivering and setting up catering orders for corporate clients across industries.

It’s more than just delivery. You’ll gain real-world experience in logistics, hospitality, and customer service, while learning how day-to-day operations run in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Typical Hours

  • Most deliveries happen Monday–Friday between 7AM and 12PM
  • Peak times: Tuesday–Thursday, 9AM–12PM
  • 3–4 deliveries per week (but flexible if you want more)

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate with restaurant staff to confirm and pick up catering orders
  • Double-check orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Transport orders safely using walking, subway, or rideshare
  • Set up food at the client’s location with attention to presentation and detail
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent Foodie For All with professionalism

  • Owns a smartphone and is comfortable with basic tech
  • Can navigate the city efficiently
  • Can lift up to 20 pounds and dress appropriately (no ripped clothing or hats)

We’re currently operating in Manhattan, with plans to expand into other boroughs.
