Data Analyst I

Role Overview 

As a Data Analyst I, you will be responsible for extracting, structuring, and maintaining product information from client sources, such as product catalogs, datasheets, websites, and application notes, into a centralized, searchable database. This role directly supports our Application Engineer AI models, ensuring they have accurate and complete technical knowledge for customer-facing and internal use. 

Key Responsibilities 

Extract, clean, and standardize product data from multiple sources (PDFs, websites, Excel sheets, technical documents). 

Organize data into structured formats that can be integrated into CelestiQ’s AI knowledge systems. 

Build and maintain searchable Excel/CSV databases optimized for ingestion into AI tools. 

Collaborate with clients to ensure technical accuracy and completeness of product entries. 

Use AI-assisted tools for parsing and categorizing large datasets efficiently. 

Perform quality checks to validate and update product information over time. 

Qualifications 

Proficiency with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning). 

Strong ability to work with structured and unstructured data (PDFs, Web data, etc.). 

Familiarity with AI/ML tools for data parsing 

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify patterns and gaps in data. 

Preferred Skills 

Experience in the electro-mechanical or manufacturing industry. 

Exposure to SQL and other data transformation tools. 

Knowledge of technical product documentation formats (datasheets, application notes).
