We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in driving growth by turning marketing initiatives into meaningful client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a natural drive to succeed, strong organizational discipline, and a passion for telling our story through multiple platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance marketing strategies that bring in prospective clients and grow Peak's brand
- Maximize our twelve marketing funnels including: community workshops, TV and radio, podcast, YouTube, and published books
- Seek out new opportunities to grow our presence and impact as we scale into a national brand
- Ensure the leadership team has accurate reports and dashboards related to marketing performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with operational and business objectives
- Reports - ensure the CEO and leadership team have accurate reports and dashboards necessary to manage and run the business.
- Demonstrate consistent alignment with company values in all work and communication
- Participate in self-improvement initiatives to grow in your role and better serve the team
