Associate Consultant - Technology
This role is an entry level position as a Technology Consultant. You will be responsible for solving client’s complex business problems and be able to translate requirements into strategies and solutions. This is a hands-on technical position which will be responsible for requirements gathering for integrations/changes, design, development, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting.
This role requires the ability to work in a changeable client-service environment, to be an effective listener and communicator, and to provide creative solutions through targeted resources and technical expertise to our clients.
The start date for this position is February 16, 2026.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage firm learning resources to continuously build expertise in Workday and related technology platforms.
- Analyze complex client technical requirements, apply logical problem-solving skills, and communicate solutions in clear, simple language.
- Deliver innovative solutions by enhancing and implementing existing software tools and platforms, while also contributing to the development of new solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes within systems and providing effective, actionable resolutions.
- Investigate integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and present findings and recommendations to management.
- Develop and maintain detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and design documentation to support the full integration deployment lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for client enhancements by leveraging new features and functionality introduced in Workday releases.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Java preferred.
- Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with passionate stakeholders and end users.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
