Who We Are Looking For:
The preferred candidate will have an interest in working in a dynamic and collaborative global design environment with a diverse range of public assembly building types; including the design of sports venues, convention centers, community buildings and transportation facilities.
We are seeking May 2026 graduates for a full-time entry-level design position with our team in multiple locations. Within the application you will be able to select your primary and two secondary office locations for which we are hiring this role to be considered. What Your Day Could Consist Of:
- Conceptualization and development of design ideas, generate diagrams, digital models and provide production work for numerous project types.
- Collaboratively reviewing and critiquing early phase design concepts.
- Production of design development and construction documents models and construction details and drawings.
- Research and development projects as may be required by the office.
- Preparation of design presentations to clients, communities and other pertinent stakeholders, including public agencies.
- All other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements For Success:
- Ability to work in a dynamic, creative environment, providing design and documentation across all aspects of the interiors process in various media formats.
- Creative design thinking with expertise in spatial and environmental design, branding development, story creation, and graphic design.
- Strong conceptual design, organizational, presentation, and technical skills.
- Ownership of multiple concurrent projects with resilience to switch gears quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence and comfort interacting with clients, participating in, and leading presentations, meetings, and collaborative sessions.
- Ability to quickly earn trust, build partnerships, and direct large consultant teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to both give and take directions effectively.
- Deep passion for design.
- Superior visual, written, and spoken communication skills to express concepts in captivating ways.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in demanding environments.
- Proficiency and working knowledge of the following design software and applications: Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Rendering experience in Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or D5.
- Strong sketching and freehand drawing skills, with the ability to create quick sketches to convey or sell ideas effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- An accredited master’s or bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
