Duties:

Assisting TWPC Waste Programs with: (1) Waste data assessments (identify trending data discrepancies, assist with identification of workflow failures and resolutions for both data and procedural enhancements). (2) Project to implement paperless waste records (assist with database architecture/design proposals, database developmental testing, and data transcription from paper to digital). (3) Perform an independent assessment of the documented application design requirements (assisting with reconciliation of any identified gaps, clarifications, or enhancements to the requirements or their applications).

 

Job-Related Qualifications Required:

Working towards completion of Bachelors degree in Computer Science.

Previous experience in any of the following preferred: waste management, database development, software quality assurance (NQA-1).

The 2026 UCOR Summer Internship Program is a 12-week program held from late May to early August. You must be able to be onsite for the entire internship program.
