Job Responsibilities

Contribute to high-impact organizational effectiveness initiatives including AI applications, process optimization, and capability development projects.

Conduct in-depth research and benchmarking on management, organizational, and people strategies across leading global markets and industries.

Synthesize insights into compelling reports and presentations that influence talent, organizational, and strategic decisions.

Gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition and people strategy projects, adding value to shaping high-performing teams.

 

Candidate Requirements

Previous internship experience in management consulting will be a plus.

Strong interest in organizational development, and management strategy.

Proactive and driven mindset, with strong ownership and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic setting.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; additional language skills will be a plus.

Ability to commit to at least three days a week in our Beijing or Singapore office, for at least 4 months
