Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Internship

We are actively searching for driven, entrepreneurial minded college students and recent graduates to learn the high-intensity commercial real estate brokerage industry. The position is a heavy sales based program designed to identify and develop the next generation of top-producing commercial real estate brokers. Top performers will receive full-time job offers upon successful completion of the program.
What You’ll Do
- Cold-call commercial real estate property owners and investors daily (100–150+ calls/day) to identify off-market multifamily, retail, office, and or industrial assets and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of exclusive listings through persistent prospecting
- Conduct market research, property valuations, financial analysis, and prepare market analysis proposals and offering memorandums
- Shadow senior brokers on property inspections, client meetings, and deal and contract negotiations
- Assist in the marketing and closing of multimillion-dollar commercial real estate transactions
- Participate in weekly sales training, role-playing, and mentorship sessions with producing agents
