Groundskeeper

As a RV park lot attendant, youre daily duties will all be centered around maintaining the grounds to allow for an overall smooth operation. Assisting guests of the park will be required when requested, 

Daily duties include but are not limited to

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot area
•  Assist customers with locating vehicles and answer any questions they may have
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels
• Move vehicles within the lot as needed
• Keep track of vehicle inventory and ensure accurate record keeping
• Perform general landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, and watering plants

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of basic landscaping and gardening techniques
•  Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
