Position: Learning Support Specialist – Interventionist – Fisher Elementary School – Leave Replacement

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Work Year: 2025-26 school year; Leave Replacement; 01/05/26-06/12/26 

Hours:  7 hours per day; Monday-Friday; 7:50 a.m. – 3:20 p.m. 

Starting Date: January 5, 2026

FTE: 1.0 FTE

Salary: Per negotiated LEA contract. Pay Range for 1.0 FTE is $ 69,031 - $136,249 dependent upon degree, credits, and school district teaching experience.  Actual pay for this leave replacement will be determined by calculated FTE. Calculated FTE is calculated using the number of days worked. 

Benefits: This leave replacement position qualifies for retirement benefits through Washington State DRS. Leave Replacement positions which are projected to work 630 or more hours for the duration of the leave, will qualify for healthcare benefits (medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance). Number of hours projected for this position will be dependent upon start date. The position also qualifies for up to 12 days of sick leave, and up to three (3) days of personal leave per school year will be allocated. Days of sick leave and personal leave are prorated based on employee start date.
