What You'll Do (Responsibilities will vary by department):

- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Risk Management/Insurance, Marketing, etc.).
• Year in School: Typically, students entering their Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year.
• Skills:
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to work and learning.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Commitment: Must be available to work for the full duration of the summer program.
