TreeBoss is a fast-growing, modern tree service company specializing in tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, storm response, and advanced tree health assessments. We’re building a strong digital presence to engage our local community — and we’re looking for a creative intern to help us grow.

Role Overview

TreeBoss is seeking a creative, motivated Digital Content Creator Intern to support our social media growth across Facebook, Instagram, X and SEO Channels. If you love storytelling, shooting short-form videos, and creating engaging content that gets attention, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Create short-form videos/reels highlighting TreeBoss services, behind-the-scenes work, storm calls, before/after transformations, etc.
  • Capture photo + video content during on-site jobs (safety gear provided).
  • Write captions, headlines, and simple graphics for posts.
  • Help manage social media posting schedule.
  • Edit short videos for social platforms.
  • Assist with community engagement (replying to comments/messages).
  • Support any special content projects (giveaways, seasonal campaigns, FAQs, email updates).

Who You Are

  • Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & TikTok trends.
  • Good communicator with a casual-but-professional writing voice.
  • Comfortable with photography/videography (phone is fine; DSLR is a plus but not required).
  • Self-starter who enjoys creative freedom.
  • Interest in field work — willingness to meet the team onsite and capture content.
  • Bonus: experience in Canva, CapCut, or other lightweight editing tools.

Internship Timeframe
