Position Overview
We're looking for a sharp, motivated intern to help us scale from a few customers to 50. This is a true startup role - you'll wear multiple hats, work directly with the founder, and have real impact on product and business development.
This is NOT a coffee-fetching internship. You'll be doing real work that matters.
Dates & Compensation
Spring Semester: January 14 - April 24, 2025
10-15 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
$250 stipend for the semester + course credit available
100% remote (work from anywhere)
What You'll Actually Do
Customer Development (40%):
- - Help manage follow-ups with prospective customers
- - Schedule discovery calls and product demos
- - Collect feedback from users and organize insights
- - Research target markets (construction, agencies, consulting)
Product Testing & Development (40%):
- - Test new features and identify bugs
- - Use the product yourself and provide detailed feedback
- - Help document product workflows and user scenarios
- - Suggest improvements based on customer feedback
General Startup Support (20%):
- - Help organize customer data and tracking systems
- - Assist with minor website updates as needed
- - Jump in wherever help is needed (it's a startup!)
What You Bring
Required:
- - Sophomore or Junior year (not graduating seniors)
- - Prior work experience OR startup involvement
- - Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- - Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- - Self-starter who can work independently
- - Genuine interest in B2B SaaS and startups
Bonus Points:
- - Some technical understanding (can test software, give detailed feedback)
- - Experience with customer development or sales
- - Business, Marketing, or Communications major
- - Familiarity with construction, agencies, or consulting industries a plus
