Project Coordinator

Leadership Transitions, Inc – Minneapolis, MN

Leadership Transitions is looking for a talented part-time Project Coordinator

to join the team! We are a small organizational psychology and executive coaching firm located in Minneapolis MN, with virtual operations. Since 1999, we have been providing services that help leaders and businesses improve outcomes and meet long-term objectives by optimizing organizational behavior. 

 

Project Coordination (70%)

  • Schedule all client meetings for three consultants
  • Be the point person on projects with consultants and clients via email, Zoom, and phone
  • Prepare client budgets and proposals
  • Anticipate and plan the logistics of projects
  • Edit and proof client documents
  • Track project hours, scheduling and consultant deliverables using an Excel spreadsheet

 

Bookkeeping (10%)

  • Prepare bi-weekly billing summary for use in invoicing
  • Record and process expenses, payroll, and financial transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and files of all client-facing financial transactions

 

Administrative Assistance (10%)

  • Support the administrative needs of the CEO for day-to-day needs
  • Maintain electronic filing and database systems
  • Order office supplies, books, and testing materials
  • Continuously update the operations manual

 

Rogue Begonia Marketing and Admin Support (10%)

  • Rogue Begonia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leadership Transitions The project Coordinator will be responsible to:
  • Maintain the Squarespace website for Rogue Begonia
  • Assist with sending out a periodic newsletter and maintain database in MailChimp
  • Provide registration services and support for workshops and classes

Experience/Education/Software Requirements:

  • 1+ years professional experience
  • AA or BA degree
  • Microsoft Office, Apple platform, Xcel, Word, Squarespace, Mailchimp
  • This position is for approximately 20 hours per week with a stable schedule.  $35 an hour.
  • Requires a private, secure office setting. 
  • Laptop and cell phone provided.
