The Role:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Intern to support our team with day-to-day content creation, community engagement, and brand storytelling across various social platforms. You’ll get hands-on experience working with some of the most exciting hospitality and lifestyle brands in South Florida.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Support content creation through on-site photography and video capture

Monitor social media channels and engage with followers in a timely, on-brand manner

Help track performance analytics and compile monthly reports

Research influencers and assist with gifting or partnership outreach

Stay on top of social media trends and recommend creative ideas

What We're Looking For:

Passion for social media, storytelling, and all things real estate/hospitality/lifestyle

Strong eye for capturing content and graphic design

Strong written and visual communication skills

Experience with platforms like Canva, Capcut and all major social media apps

Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and content best practices

Highly organized, reliable, and eager to learn

Must be based in or near Miami with ability to travel to on-site shoots
