ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Eric Atwell State Farm, you are a valued part of our business operations and customers’ lives. You work to build our business by forming deep relationships with customers and making the important recommendations that people need. You will work as a part of our team to protect the livelihood of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
  • Foster strong and lasting customer connections.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred experience in sales roles such as outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Preferred experience in managing client relationships.
  • Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs.
  • Skilled at building rapport and effectively engaging with customers.
