This position will be based out of Marshall+Sterling’s Poughkeepsie and Yorktown Offices.
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll help showcase what makes Marshall+Sterling stand out across insurance, wealth management, employee benefits, and our deep community involvement. You’ll create social media content, capture photos and video, support website updates in WordPress, draft blog posts, and design graphics using Canva. You’ll also help with reporting and simple dashboards that guide our external communications.
What You’ll Do
- Social media content creation (writing posts, shooting photos/video, posting content)
- Website maintenance (in WordPress)
- Website content creation (including blog posts)
- Sponsorship ad creation (using Canva)
- Reporting and analytics support (creating dashboards, reports)

Requirements
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program.
- Working knowledge of basic office procedures, Internet, and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work effectively and relate well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.
