Operations Intern

The Operations Intern will provide vital administrative and communications support to the Phoenix International Foundation's programs and leadership. The Phoenix International Foundation is a sister nonprofit to Samantha Siu New York, a luxury jewelry company rooted in the same values of international support and spreading good. Responsibilities include attending and taking detailed notes during bi-monthly virtual meetings with the nonprofit team and Board of Directors, as well as during additional check-ins as needed. The intern will assist with donor communications and outreach, including drafting letters and updates to collaborators. They will also contribute to the creation of flyers, newsletters, and other digital materials to support organizational visibility. In addition, the intern will support data-driven decision-making by creating graphs, visualizations, and performing basic statistical analysis to represent program outcomes.

The Phoenix International Foundation, established in 2016, is a 501 (c)(3) international relief organization that performs medical, educational, and conservation work in Southeast Asia. The Our current projects include partnering with local organizations to provide educational science camps, physical wellness exams, and vaccinations to people in Cambodia, Myanmar, and Thailand.
