Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-driven Sales Associate to join our small but dedicated team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating memorable experiences for our customers, whether they’re shopping for an engagement ring, a birthday gift, or something special “just because.” We value people who are warm, trustworthy, and enthusiastic about helping others.
What You'll Do:
- Greet every customer with a warm, genuine welcome.
- Listen to customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations.
- Educate customers on the qualities of diamonds, gemstones, metals, and fine jewelry care.
- Process sales and transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Help maintain attractive and organized displays.
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and occasional cleaning of merchandise.
- Support store events, promotions, and special orders.
- Handle repairs, returns, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive, team-first atmosphere every day.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Dependability and honesty (we’re a trust-based business).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
