Zoe's Meats is an artisan cured meat company in Northern California that believes in promoting from within. We are seeking an entry level Customer Service Person with strong Sales and Marketing interests. Entering our 19th year in business this person will get exposure to many aspects of the business.

Customer Service Activities
a.  Answer phones
b. Call customers for orders
c.  Create invoices
d.  Enter and pay bills
e.  Fill out new vendor forms for onboarding new customers
f.  Complete new item forms for customers bringing on new products
g. Coordinate customer pick-ups with some key accounts
h. On occasion: Deliver products to local accounts
i. File bills
j. special projects like cost of freight, and others as they come up


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Outgoing personality
• Detail oriented
• Love of food
• High energy
• Very organized
• Drive to succeed

Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM plus some weekends for events and/or shows.

Compensation: great entry level position with tremendous room for growth. Benefits include: employee medical insurance after trial period is completed as well as paid vacation time.
