# *Key Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage all U.S. business operations.
* Develop and execute strategies to grow vehicle sales, auto bidding, and financing services.
* Oversee partnerships with U.S. auction platforms (e.g., Copart, IAAI, Manheim).
* Manage shipping arrangements from the U.S. to international destinations.
* Ensure compliance with U.S. auto laws, financing regulations, and consumer protection standards.
* Supervise U.S.-based staff and build a high-performance work culture.
* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
* Monitor financial performance, cost control, and budgeting for the U.S. branch.
* Maintain accurate documentation for all purchases, sales, and financing agreements.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Automotive Technology, Logistics, or related field.
* Minimum *5 years of leadership or managerial experience* in the auto, logistics, financing, or dealership sector.

* Experience managing budgets, teams, and customer-facing operations.
* Ability to travel within the U.S. when necessary.
