This role is ideal for college students, recent graduates, or tech‑enthusiasts who want to gain teaching experience while inspiring the next generation of young creators and problem‑solvers. No prior teaching experience needed — we provide the full curriculum, training, and materials.

What You’ll Do
- Teach LEGO Robotics classes using our ready-made curriculum and lesson plans
- Guide students through hands‑on robotics projects — building, coding, and debugging their own creations
- Introduce students to fundamental robotics and programming concepts in a fun and accessible way
- Maintain an organized, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their growth
- Adapt lessons to accommodate various learning styles and maintain engagement
- Communicate with school staff, parents, and the Learn2Code.Live team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Background or interest in robotics, coding, or engineering (experience with LEGO Robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Micro:bit, or similar platforms is a plus)
- Comfortable using technology and basic troubleshooting in a classroom environment
- Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic about working with middle and high school students
- Able to lead and manage small groups of students after school (weekdays)
- Tech-savvy, organized, and reliable
- Passionate about teaching kids problem‑solving, creativity, and computational thinking
