About LoveLee Wine
LoveLee Wine is an award-winning, Black woman-owned boutique wine brand. We produce premium California wines with heart, purpose, and flair — and we’re on a mission to make wine accessible, joyful, and meaningful.
We’re expanding our presence in New Jersey and the Northeast and are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Representative to help us grow. If you love wine, thrive on building relationships, and are excited about representing a brand with a powerful story, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Open new retail and restaurant accounts for LoveLee Wine
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Conduct tastings, staff trainings, and events to drive sell-through
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Share market insights and opportunities with our team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience in wine, spirits, or CPG.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own schedule
- Passion for wine and connecting with people
Compensation (Commission-Only Role)
This is a commission-based position designed for a rep who wants unlimited earning potential:
- $100 bonus for each new account opened
- 15% commission on all new account sales (first orders)
- 10% commission on all reorders
