🦸 Ready to Join Forces with the Ultimate Team of Superheroes?

If you believe every kid deserves a voice and know how to make therapy feel like a fun adventure, 321go Kids is calling your name! We’re searching for a Speech Language Pathologist with a sense of humor, a boundless supply of patience, and a natural talent for sparking joy (and some goofy sounds). Here, you’ll help kids of all ages unlock the power of communication, guiding them through speech, language, and even the fine art of silly expressions. If this sounds like your jam, then keep reading.

About the Role:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will include games, storytelling, and possibly the occasional sock puppet (or dragon, if that’s more your thing). If you’re excited to see a kid’s face light up when they nail their new sound or finally ask for their snack in a full sentence, we want you on our team!

What’s in Your Superhero Job Description?

Communication Guru: Work with kids of all ages—from newborns to teens—addressing needs from dysphagia and stuttering to expressive language and feeding issues. Every day brings a new kind of fun!

Assessment Extraordinaire: Conduct evaluations, create individualized therapy plans, and consult with other health pros to give each child their best shot at speech stardom.

Speech Hero: Build skills in everything from articulation to swallowing with a mix of exercises, play, and assistive devices—whatever gets results (and some giggles).

Parental Coach: Teach parents how to continue therapy at home so progress keeps rolling. Nothing says dedication like making speech practice a dinner table ritual!

Progress Tracker: Watch the magic happen, adjust plans as needed, and document each step of progress—because every sound and word is worth celebrating.

Caring Coach: Lead and guide Speech Language Pathology Assistants, empowering them to hone their skills while delivering top-notch care to our kiddos.

Do You Have These Heroic Traits?

Fun & Patience: You know how to make even the trickiest therapy feel like play and keep kids engaged with a smile.

Quick on Your Feet: Adapt to each kid’s unique needs and change up the approach as needed to keep things effective and enjoyable.
